CareersWe welcome applicants interested in joining a dynamic, collaborative, customer-focused Team.We have the following opportunity available: Project Administrator/Executive AssistantReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible to conduct research, collect and document relevant data, document processes and prepare and distribute reports for new projects. Follow-up with contractors and consultants for requested information, status of projects in progress and other deliverables. Assist the marketing team with advertising on external websites and social media. Assist with updating the corporate web site. Prepare and coordinate quarterly reporting packages and arrange conference calls, committee meetings and, if necessary, produce minutes. A minimum of 5 years experience in real estate or marketing is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The preferred candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio as well as being comfortable working with numbers and validating spreadsheet calculations. This position requires the preferred candidate to be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and able to meet strict deadlines.
